You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using Nexura, you represent that you comply with all applicable laws.
Nexura is a decentralized blockchain. Information, tokens, and applications on Nexura do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You assume full responsibility for your use.
Nexura is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
Applications, smart contracts, or tokens built on Nexura may be operated by independent third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services, actions, or outcomes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Nexura.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
Users outside the U.S. agree that Arizona law and arbitration apply.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
